The Speculative CV
The Speculative CV is similar in lay-out to the Targeted CV offered under the Graduate Package. This CV format is ideal for students who are "speculating" with the hope of either gleaning information in preparation for Graduate status but secure internship, work placements or summer appointments during the remaining years of their studies.
The vast majority of students begin "speculating" during their first or second years. If they secure a professional appointment via either an internship or work placement, they are in a far more competitive position than their counterparts to secure graduate or training contracts or meaningful employment upon graduation.
The Speculative Letter
The Speculative Letter complements the Speculative CV and introduces the student to potential employers and contains information such as reasons the person is interested in that profession and the types of skills he or she will offer.
